Earlier this year, I tried to see if I could kick caffeine and lose my morning lattes. At first I was worried I'd miss them, but then I discovered green tea. I realized that tea isn't just for Grandma anymore. It has less caffeine than coffee, and also has many more health benefits such as antioxidants that fight free radicals in the body. Some studies have shown that green tea may:

  • help reduce cancer risk
  • lower cholesterol 
  • promote weight loss

So the next time you need a pick me up, try a tea party instead of a coffee break!
