I'm a big believer in taking charge of your own mental health, but it's important to know when you might need some professional help, too. Let's talk a bit about therapy. I believe therapy can help anyone, but there are certain times when it's especially helpful. For instance:

  • if your symptoms are getting worse
  • if your symptoms last consistently for two weeks or longer
  • if your symptoms interfere with daily functioning
