Heart Disease Is the No. 1 Killer of Women: Here Are the Signs of a Heart Attack to Look For!

As moms, we are extremely busy at home, work, etc. Busy or not, we need to keep in tune with our bodies to make sure we're not endangering our health. Believe it or not, heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women! • shortness of breath
  • vomiting
  • back or jaw pain

Also, look for a feeling of being light-headed, breaking out in a cold sweat and pain or discomfort in one or both arms. Listen to your body!
