I attended a book signing for 30Second Mom contributor Beth Aldrich, who is the author of the mega-hit book, "Real Moms Love to Eat." I asked Beth to share one of her quick food tips for moms. Her tip?

She said we should "makeover" fat, salt and sugar by using less processed options. For example, you can use sea salt rather than table salt for a healthier option. Check out this quick video to hear what else Beth had to say!
