Metta Meditation: Create Relationship Harmony With This Loving-Kindness Meditation Mantra

As we embark on our journey into 2021 and the Aquarian Age, my team of yoga teachers and astrologers recommend daily prayer and meditation using this Loving-Kindness meditationCreate a beautiful ritual for yourself. Know that treating yourself as a precious object makes you strong. Treat yourself to a new beautiful set of bed sheets, a new pair of cozy slippers. Say this meditation before falling asleep in the evening and upon waking as part of your morning meditation.

As part of your envisioning and goal setting, make a date to purchase a new journal for this year. Write this metta Loving-Kindness meditation that I created down in your journal:

May I be Happy
May I be Healthy
May I be free of pain and suffering
May I be free of mental anxiety
May I be blessed with ease in my life
May I feel peace, love and joy.
