Sloth Yoga: Deep Relaxation Part 2: How to Relax Like a Sloth

Last week, we started off our journey to incorporate sloth’s non-stressed way of living into our routines. Here is how to conclude your deep relaxation while maintaining a peacefully slow pace like a sloth:

  1. Open your eyes.
  2. Take several deep breaths through your nose. As a sloth, this helps you identify who and what is around you. As a human, this helps to wake you up and still maintain a relaxed state of being.
  3. Stretch your limbs slowly at sloth speed or a little faster.
  4. Sit upright or hang from your arms and legs as preferred.
