Let Go of Toxic Bull$hit in 2020: Close Your Eyes & Repeat After Me...

Don’t fear the gift of the New Year! You truly deserve it! Leave the toxic bull$hit of the past – it controls you, not serves you – and all who/what shackle you to it.

Every night before bed and every morning when you wake up, close your eyes, take three slow deep breaths through your nose and out through your mouth. Then, repeat the following:

  • I release fear.
  • I release ego.
  • I release the past.
  • I release the need for control.
  • I release what no longer serves me.

Open your eyes, smile and make your day amazing knowing what you just released will be let go of and your life will begin to improve almost immediately.

I also like to ask for “toxic cords of attachment” to other people be cut so that I’m only linked with those who have my best interest in mind.

Happy New Year!
