Fall Into Fitness Challenge: How to Get Fit With Johnson Fitness & Possibly Win BIG Prizes, Too! (Winners Will Be Announced Today!)

The kids are back at school! Now it’s time to focus on YOU. That’s why we’re inviting you to participate in our “Fall Into Fitness Challenge!”

How will it work? You will have one month (September 17 to October 17) to complete a list of exercises. You can choose from the 10- or 20-minute exercises, depending on your fitness level. From planks and burpees to squats and lunges, from exercises with resistance bands to light weights like kettlebells and dumbbells, the moves will help you tone, tighten and strengthen your body. Challenge yourself! You can do this. If you’re not sure how to do a certain exercise on the printable list, no worries! Detailed instructions on many of the exercises can be found in these helpful articles:

Snap photos along the journey and share them to help inspire and motivate other participants. You can share them on our Pinterest board, in the comments section below, and on Facebook and Twitter. Be sure to follow Johnson Fitness and visit a store near you for even more motivation.

What could you win? A treadmill! Yes, you read right!   • Pin about the challenge to our Pinterest board.
  • Sign up for the Johnson Fitness email list.

Two runners-up will get their choice of a 30Seconds T-shirt or 30Seconds cap, and two other winners will be selected at random during the Johnson Fitness & Wellness #30Seconds Twitter chat on September 19. Those winners will receive either a set of GoFit 20-35 Super Bands and GoFit 30-50 Super Bands (value $35.99) or a TRX Home Kit (value $179.95).

yes yes a thousand times yes!! So yesterday my son, out of the blue, decided he's not drinking any soda until at least Halloween. Every time I catch myself in a mirror, I am surprised to see a water buffalo dressed exactly like me staring back. I NEED to get into better shape but I know myself and I won't do it alone. Angela Fillius Once you have a photo you want to pin to the board, you just click on "Add Pin" and then it will ask you for a URL (you can use this one) and a description, and then click pin. It should be pretty easy but maybe read the directions for how to use Pinterest if you haven't done it before: help.pinterest.com/en/articles...

I actually started before I got out of bed this morning with some ROM, deep breathing and other yoga poses. Had me ready for teaching an early morning yoga therapy class. We did chair at the wall and core strengthens as always!

Today started out with my sleep # bed trying to eat me at 5:30 am. It just deflated with me in it for no reason. With that said it was a Yoga morning :) plan to do a family bike ride after dinner as well.

Happy Monday, everyone! What did you do for yourself over the weekend? I have reinstated my nightly planking followed by yoga stretches before bed. It really works for me to be in a routine. I keep my yoga mat close by, in a bag so I can grab and go to class, too (see photo). My goal is to push beyond 60-second planks this week. Anyone else have a goal in mind? Woohoo Elisa All Schmitz 30Seconds! I hear ya about doing better sticking to a routine. Saturday was a rest day, Sunday was full body glutes, legs, abs & arms. Monday was two Peloton rides, arms and lots of stretching. Yesterday - Tuesday rest day I had a ton of errands to do and finally get my Florida drivers license. Today - Wednesday, made up for taking yesterday off. Two Peloton rides, arms, abs & stretching. I had to give myself a pep talk today to get it done, it's a dark rainy day in Florida and very tempting to just want to do nothing LOL! Hi all,

I am still doing yoga, walking, running, and bike rides. Elisa I have been trying planking but my body hates it lol The treadmill would be awesome to win. Then I have know excuses when it snows this winter :) Definitely trying to push squats and lunges this week.

Push through those planks! The more you do them, the more your core and body will get stronger. Plus it’s pretty rewarding to notice your body getting stronger and stronger. 💪😘
