I need to get back into working out. I love yoga and pilates. I think they're so fun and even my little ones like to join in. It's cute watching them try to hold the poses and it's bonding time for us as well.

I hear ya Alice V! Love when the kids join in. Awesome bonding time and love watching them try hard. But I do love workouts when it's just me kid-free to burn off kid stress LOL! Those kid-free workouts are at 6AM :-) I'll do active stuff with them in the afternoons after they get home from school. Get back at it! GO GO GO! #NoExcuses
