Don't have that autumn glow yet? With fall comes that crazy time of year – kids are back at school, we are back to work in earnest and the juggling game is at its max. In all this chaos, we can often forget about ourselves.
Wearing great clothes and dabbing on some makeup might help. But here are a few easy tips to help you glow from within:
- Meditate at least 15 minutes a day. Not only will it help with the above, but at least for 15 minutes, you won’t be frowning.
- Eat well. Green vegetables and fruit are all good. It’s not difficult.
- Drink your water. Period.
- Never go to sleep with makeup on. Allow your skin to breathe.
- Get your sleep!
