We had this over the weekend with burgers. It's so good and so easy to throw together. You could probably use greek yogurt instead of mayo if you want it a little healthier.

Great minds think alike! I would use Greek yogurt. This would be sooooo yummy on grilled shrimp/ fish tacos!
Donna John
It would be really good on fish tacos!

It's so pretty, too, @candy. Martin didn't appreciate it, of course, but I did. :-)

So my daughter said it should be "purple cabbage," not red. But I've always called it red cabbage. Googled it, of course, and it can go either way. What do you chef ladies call it? Chef Gigi Gaggero Amy Fothergill

This looks really good, Donna.

I like to add some red onion and minced red jalapeno sometimes. It's good as a side dish or on a chicken or fish sandwich. Mmm.

Making this for fish tacos!
