Got Saggy Breasts? 10 Breast-Firming Yoga Poses to the Rescue!

It's no secret, sagging breasts are a common issue. Whether it be from having children, losing or gaining weight or age, gravity is not in our favor on this. However, we can be proactive in the woman's fight against sagging breasts simply by adding yoga into our exercise routines. Yoga is great to incorporate just because, but now we have more reason to. There are yoga poses that can tone the underlying muscle and help firm our breasts. Here are some recommended breast-firming poses!

  • Bridge Pose 
  • Triangle Pose 
  • Cobra Pose (shown)
  • Bow Pose 
  • Standing Forward Bend 
  • Tree Pose 
  • Plank 
  • Locust Pose 
  • Bridge (back bend) 
  • Hand/Elbow Stand (reverse gravity)

Be even more proactive! Massage vitamin E oil into breast area to maintain elasticity and help circulation, wear the right size bra, practice good posture and stay hydrated.
