Can’t sleep? Finnish researchers found that parents with sleep problems tended to report more often that their children had trouble sleeping. However, when evaluated by the researchers, these children often did not have any sleep issues. 

If you have trouble sleeping, it may the best thing for your child's sleep to seek help for yourself first! Note that sleep issues in children can be a sign of stress or other issues and should be evaluated by a professional.
