Circadian rhythms are your internal body clock that regulates your 24-hour cycle of biological processes. Recent studies show that these rhythms, as well as sleep quality, can be disrupted by screen glare from electronic devices like laptops and televisions. 

To keep yourself in balance and ensure a good night sleep, stop all screentime activities an hour before you go to bed. When you wake up more rested after the same amount of sleep, you’ll be able to hit the ground running!
