Can Kids Get Too Much Vitamin D? Yes! Here are 6 Signs to Look For!

Though it is important to consume vitamin D, you can get too much. Except for breastfeeding infants, parents should not give their child a calcium or vitamin D supplement – it can be dangerous. Signs of too much vitamin D include:

  • nausea
  • vomiting
  • poor appetite
  • constipation
  • weakness
  • weight loss

Too much vitamin D can even cause damage to the kidneys. Everything in moderation!
