Do You Worry Too Much? Here's the No. 1 Question You Need to Ask Yourself! by Dr. Sarah Allen

Worries bother us. We often can’t sleep or concentrate because thoughts go round and around in our heads. Worrying seems to make sense because it gives the brain a false belief that it’s doing something about the problem. But telling yourself to stop worrying doesn’t work for long. Instead of trying to push thoughts out of your head, sit down and face the issue.
- Ask yourself: "Do I have control over the situation?"
- Is your worry solvable? If it is, think of an action plan. If it isn’t, then it’s time to let it go.
