Mmmmm! This is perfect to fix that blueberry muffin craving. I just need to substitute milk with almond or coconut milk. :) Can't wait to try this!

My husband now uses almond milk on his cereal. My vegan daughter is trying to slowly convert him. It won't happen, but this is a small victory for her. lol

Yes! I made it with coconut milk and it was delicious. Meredith Schneider

You are right Meredith Schneider - this looks so yummy! I wonder, can you substitute the blueberries any other berries?
Donna John
I'm sure you can. I bet raspberry would be great!

This is a genius recipe idea, Donna John . Love that you can control the portions (and the berries, too)!

Can I use frozen blueberries? Thanks
Donna John
Yes. You can use frozen blueberries.

This recipe is a joke. I can bake gourmet desserts (and dinners), and this tasted like a 3 year old made it. Either people love this recipe if they’ve never had a muffin in their lives, or they have zero taste buds. I’ve now tried 3 mug recipes and have thrown them all out. Stick to real baking and cooking. These are a joke. Maybe if you plan to play a joke on someone with a terrible muffin, but I can’t believe the comments above praising this are real!

Everyone's tastes are different. I have never made a mug cake I haven't enjoyed. Sorry this recipe isn't for you. What kind of "gourmet" desserts do you make? Iknowhowtocook

Sorry, it’s just every mug quickie cake/muffin just tastes and smells like flour.
