Stuffed Crepe Kebabs Recipe With Strawberries & Banana: Breakfast on a Stick

On Mother's Day, surprise your mom with these fun stuffed crepe kebabs with bananas and strawberries. How much fun will mom having eating her brunch or breakfast on a stick?! These kebabs are easy to make if you know how to make homemade crepes. If not, you can buy premade crepes at some bakeries and grocery stores.

Start by making a batch of homemade crepes and letting them cool. (Here's an easy crepe recipe.) Spread the crepes with hazelnut spread, nut butter or that cookie butter we all love. Roll the crepes up and cut into pinwheels, then thread them onto skewers alternating with fresh strawberries and bananas. So easy!

You could change up the fruit in these sweet kebabs. If you make them ahead of time, cover with plastic wrap and keep them in the refrigerator. But remember that bananas turn brown, so don't make them too far ahead of serving.
