Pork chops are a star ingredient for weeknight dinners and for company on the weekends. Pork chops are so easy to make, inexpensive and can be cooked in so many different ways. This creamy Parmesan garlic pork chop recipe is a one-pan wonder that's on the table in about 30 minutes.

The creamy pork chop recipe is full of keto-friendly ingredients: pork chops, onion, garlic, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, grated cheddar cheese and dried Italian seasoning for extra flavor (this ingredient is optional). Everything cooks in one pan with minimal prep and cooking time.

If you're on the keto diet, serve these boneless pork chops with your favorite keto-friendly side dishes. If not, these luscious pork chops and gravy are amazing on top of a mound of mashed potatoes.

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 boneless pork chops (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Here's how to make it:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and put into the hot oil. Add the onion and garlic. Cook until pork chops are golden brown on side sides, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops to a plate.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream, cream cheese, broth, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until the cheeses have melted and sauce is smooth. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring often, about 10 minutes.
  3. Put the pork chops back into the pan and coat with the sauce. Cook until pork chops are heated through.
