Granny's Famous Meatloaf Recipe Is a Budget Recipe for Die Hards

What is it about ketchup? Ketchup is a beloved condiment used as a dip for many foods and as an ingredient in so many recipes. If you have a die-hard ketchup lover in the family – and a meatloaf lover – this budget recipe is for you!

This easy ground beef meatloaf recipe is made with cracker crumbs, milk, an egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, onion, green bell pepper and lean ground beef. Stir together the cracker crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, onion and green pepper in a bowl. Let it sit for a few minutes so the ingredients absorb into the cracker crumbs. Mix in the ground beef (don't over mix!) and put it into a meatloaf pan or loaf pan. Bake the meatloaf, spreading the top with ketchup halfway through cooking time.

Serve this ketchup meatloaf with a bottle of tomato ketchup and let everyone squirt even more on top. This comforting meatloaf is delicious for dinner with side dishes like vegetables, potatoes, rice or macaroni and cheese.
