Creamy Lemon Feta Salad Dressing Recipe Can Also Be Used As a Dip or Drizzle by Jan Mostrom
I found this creamy lemon feta dressing recipe and just love it. We drizzled this lemon dressing on smashed potatoes the other day and everyone thought it was fantastic. This easy lemon feta salad dressing or dip can be used on salads, sandwiches or whatever needs a little zip.
This simple lemon feta dressing is made with garlic, plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat), feta cheese crumbles and lemon juice (fresh is best). Simply blend the simple ingredients together until smooth and creamy. You can season with a little sea salt and black pepper, too, if desired.
A food processor is best for this recipe, but you can use a blender like I did. Just add a bit of water and keep scraping down the sides as you blend. Put the salad dressing into a jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to a week or more.

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles (or substitute goat cheese)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh is best)
- water to thin, if needed
