Pickle Juice Deviled Eggs Recipe: We Found the Secret to the Best Deviled Eggs

Grandma's simple deviled egg recipe created a lot of conversation across our social media channels. We loved it! After reading through all the comments and your great ideas, we determined that pickle juice is a favorite ingredient to use in deviled eggs. We have no doubt that this creamy pickle juice deviled egg recipe will become a fan favorite.

First, cook the hardboiled eggs. If you find that you have trouble peeling your hardboiled eggs, cook them in an Instant Pot™. (Here's how to cook eggs in an Instant Pot™.) After peeling, slice the eggs in half lengthwise and separate the whites from the yolks. Mash the egg yolks with the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, chopped pickles or pickle relish, pickle juice (!) and granulated sugar. If you like a little spice, add a few shakes of your favorite hot sauce. Mix it together well then spoon or pipe it into the egg whites. Keep the eggs refrigerated until you are ready to eat (devour) them.

Deviled eggs are a great appetizer or side dish with any meal. They are especially delicious with fried chicken, crispy pork chops, baked ham and sandwiches. Come on, we'll eat them with anything.
