Cottage cheese, unsweetened cocoa powder and a sugar substitute like granulated monk fruit or stevia is pureed until smooth in a blender. That's it. Dessert or breakfast is ready.

Not only is cottage cheese an excellent source of protein, it is loaded with nutrients like B vitamins, calcium, phosphorus and selenium. Cottage cheese may even help prevent certain cancers and help regulate blood pressure.
