3-Ingredient Homemade Coffee Creamer Recipe Is What to Add to Your Coffee

Homemade coffee creamer for your morning cup of joe? Now why didn't we think of this sooner! This easy DIY coffee creamer recipe has only three simple ingredients. No cooking involved, just a bit of whisking or shaking.

Half and half, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract are the only ingredients in this coffee creamer recipe. Because it's homemade, you can control the amount of sweetness you want in the creamer. Try the recipe as-is, then adjust if it's too sweet, not sweet enough or needs more or less vanilla the next time you make it. You could also add a few shakes of nutmeg, cinnamon or your favorite chai spice blend.

Store this easy, fresh homemade coffee creamer in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. If you make the creamer in a mason jar, you don't have to transfer it to another airtight container. The coffee creamer would make a fun food gift along with some coffee and a coffee mug.

I definitely wish I had thought of this, years ago. I recently made the switch from Coffee Mate to almond milk creamer. I'm going to try this at home because I love the idea of making my own!

Sounds so rich and creamy delicious.

Darn! I KNEW I should have bought shares in Eagle Brand, with all the recipes that call for it. And it's getting closer to Xmas fudge season, too ๐Ÿ˜– ๐Ÿ˜ช
Love the idea of this recipe, too, Elisa Schmitz, so I can try different extracts, as suggested, along with spices of my choosing. I go through a horrendous quantity of both the Coffee Mate, and International Delight creamers. Of course, if I didn't use a 3c mug... Now, I just need to buy the 1/2 & 1/2 when I go shopping tomorrow. 1st shopping trip since I was able to get out of bed. Yippee!

I know, right Terry ? I love this stuff but you have to use it in moderation, LOL. It's a treat for me when I make it. I have recently also discovered a "barista blend" almond milk creamer that whips up really well. Here's the link in case you're interested: www.califiafarms.com/products/...

I am SO GLAD to hear that you're doing better! What a relief. Hope you continue to make a full recovery. And YES to all the Christmas fudge, haha!
Terry
Thanks Elisa Schmitz ! And for the link, too. I've never seen almond based creamer, where I live, in Alberta, Canada ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ, but I'll keep checking.

Doing better, in that the splint is off, but have some major issues occurring, now that it is. Ominous "crunching" sound when I straighten it out, from a bent position, often accompanied by it "catching", then releasing, with a searing pain.
I had new x-rays done yesterday, (1st time driving), so waiting for call from my ortho surgeon. Hoping, and praying ๐Ÿ™, that I don't need to have a replacement socket installed, as I have 12" of titanium rods cemented in, which would have to be broken out. And I'm guessing that surgery would be more traumatic than the original, despite them not having to play "Pick-up-Sticks" with all the bone fragments and shards.
Now, it's a waiting game, and I'm torn between wanna know and don't wanna know. ๐Ÿคจ

Oh my goodness, Terry , that sounds a bit scary! Sending you lots of positive energy and healing thoughts in hopes everything turns out as best as it can! ๐ŸŒธ
Terry
Thanks again, Elisa Schmitz ! I'll take all the positive energy & as many healing thoughts as I can, and be very grateful for them! Still waiting for THE call.
