Catskills Meatloaf Recipe: A Diner-Style Ground Beef Meatloaf Worth Trying by 30Seconds Food

Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Meatloaf Topping
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Here's how to make it:
- Combine all the meatloaf ingredients in a bowl. Mix until well combined (your hands work best). Put the mixture into a loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine all the topping ingredients. Pour over the meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 1 hour or until cooked through. Let the meatloaf rest about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes.
