3-Ingredient Blueberry Cobbler Recipe Almost Bakes Itself

Some people think blueberries are only for summertime, but I think you should eat them year-round! But now that it's almost blueberry season, I can't wait anymore! Especially with recipes like this quick and easy blueberry cobbler recipe that has only three ingredients and takes minutes to prep. This cake almost makes itself it is so easy. (My kind of baking!)

To make this sweet blueberry cobbler recipe you need to gather the following ingredients: fresh or frozen blueberries, a box of vanilla or lemon cake mix and butter. The blueberries are put into a baking pan, then the butter and cake mix are stirred together to create crumbs that are sprinkled over the berries. Bake for about 40 minutes and then grab the ice cream!

Serve this easy blueberry cobbler recipe with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Whipped cream would be delicious, too. Happy berry baking!

Recipe Notes

  • Try the recipe using other berries like raspberries or blackberries.
  • I like to put my berries into a colander and run cold water of them. Dry them before using.
  • Store any leftover cobbler in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put the blueberries evenly into a 13x9-inch baking pan that's been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the cake mix and butter in a bowl. Stir until crumbs form.
  3. Sprinkle the cake mix crumbs over the blueberries.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven until golden, about 40 minutes.
