Easy 2-Ingredient Asparagus Bundles Recipe Is a Fun Thanksgiving Side Dish

Bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles are a popular vegetable side dish, especially around Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. These easy asparagus bundles are wrapped with turkey bacon, so they're a little healthier.

This asparagus bundles recipe starts by trimming the woody ends off of fresh asparagus spears. Make bundles of the asparagus and wrap the bacon around them. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the asparagus crisp-tender.

You can use regular bacon for this asparagus recipe. You could also sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper or your favorite seasonings. No one would frown upon a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese either. Serve this asparagus recipe with chicken, turkey, pork, beef, seafood or lamb. Make a few for a small group or a lot for larger families.
