Asparagus Bundles With Turkey Bacon: A Healthier 2-Ingredient Thanksgiving Recipe

Bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles are a popular vegetable side dish, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas. These easy asparagus bundles are wrapped with turkey bacon, so they're a little healthier.

Serve this asparagus recipe with chicken, turkey, pork, beef, seafood or lamb. Make a few for a small group or a lot for larger families.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 1 pound) asparagus 
  • 1 package (12 ounces) turkey bacon 
  • cooking spray 

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Make bundles of three pieces of asparagus. Wrap with one to two pieces of bacon. Repeat for as many bundles as needed. Place the bundles on a cookie sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. 
  2. Cook at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
