- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup ice

- Put all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
