Biscoff Rice Krispies Treats Recipe: The Ooey Gooey RKT Recipe Inspired By TikTok by Donna John
Making desserts with Biscoff cookies has gone viral on TikTok. Food blogger Hajar Larbah wanted to get in on the trend and created this recipe for Biscoff Rice Krispies Treats. They are ooey, gooey and definitely worthy of going viral.
These dessert bars are made with crumbled Biscoff cookies, marshmallows and are topped with melted white chocolate. How good does that sound?

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 bag (16 ounces) mini marshmallows
- 5 cups crispy rice cereal (Rice Krispies cereal)
- 1/2 cup Lotus Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 8 ounces white melting chocolate
- 1/4 cup Lotus Biscoff spread
- crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies, for topping and crust
Here's how to make it:
- Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add all the marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows have melted into the butter.
- Pour in the cereal and crushed cookies. Stir until it is all evenly incorporated.
- Take off the heat, transfer to the pan and use a rubber spatula to quickly spread out evenly in the pan. Do not pack it in too tight or they won't be fluffy!
- Melt the chocolate according to package directions in the microwave or using a double boiler. Spread on top of the Rice Krispies Treats in a thin layer. Drizzle the biscoff spread in lines across one direction. Take a toothpick and drag it through in alternating opposite directions to create the design. Sprinkle more crumbled biscoff on top, if desired.
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until chocolate hardens. Cut into 16 squares.
