3-Ingredient Biscuit Muffins Recipe Is on the Table in 20 Minutes

First biscuit bread and now biscuit muffins? Oh, yes, please. This biscuit muffin recipe bakes up light and tender, just like a biscuit, but no rolling or cutting involved.

Serve these biscuit muffins hot out of the oven with butter, jam, jelly, fruit preserves, honey, maple syrup or whatever you like to put on your biscuits. You could easily cut this recipe in half and make four muffins. But they reheat well in the microwave, so why?

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: Makes 8 biscuits

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put the flour and mayonnaise into a bowl. Mix with a fork or your fingertips until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Add the milk and stir until just moistened.
  3. Spoon the mixture into greased muffin tins. (You could use baking liners.) Bake in a preheated 425-degree F oven for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
