2-Ingredient Milk Bread Recipe (No Yeast, Butter, Oil or Sugar & Egg Free) by 30Seconds Food

It seems like so many have gotten the baking bug. We are always on the lookout for simple bread recipes that novice and experienced bakers would enjoy making. This easy two-ingredient milk bread recipe fits the bill. This easy bread recipe has minimal (really minimal!) ingredients, easy prep and bakes up in no time.
The two-ingredient milk bread recipe is made with self-rising flour and whole milk. That's it. The two ingredients are whisked together and then put into a loaf pan. The bread dough is baked in the oven for about 40 minutes or until golden and it springs back with you gently push on the top. The smell while it is baking is heavenly!
If you use a larger loaf pan, the bread will not rise as much as using a regular-size loaf pan. Whole milk is recommended for this bread recipe. Using low-fat milk or nut milks will affect the bread's texture.
Slice this homemade milk bread and spread on jam, jelly or butter, use it to make sandwiches or top with sliced cheese.

Mine looks nothing like the picture. It would be nice if whoever created this recipe did a video tutorial to show how to get it so creamy looking and smooth on top. Very bland not very flavorful at all and even spraying the loaf pan and putting parchment in the bottom and spraying the parchment below still stuck and came out looking like a beige piece of wood.
