My daughter-in-law introduced me to the store-bought iced coffee a few years ago and I loved it--until I found out that the caffeine content is 3x higher than normal, and I can't handle too much caffeine. This recipe sounds like a way around that. For that matter, I wonder if decaf instant coffee would work?
