Quick Sizzling Mediterranean Shrimp Recipe With Lemon & Garlic (4 Ingredients) by 30Seconds Food

Ingredients
- 1 pound raw shrimp, cleaned and deveined (tails can be on or off)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
Here's how to make it:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp and cook, stirring, until just cooked through.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Serve with additional lemon slices, if desired
Note: You can add fresh herbs to the recipe or 1/2 teaspoon dried Greek seasoning or Mediterranean seasoning.
