Craving something sweet, but not wanting all the fat and calories of a typical dessert, I whipped up this simple fat-free strawberry milkshake recipe. Ready in less than five minutes, I was reminded that, sometimes, the simplest things are the most satisfying.
I had all three ingredients on hand, which made it that much easier. Cheers to a quick and easy smoothie recipe that makes for a fat-free snack or healthier dessert anytime!

Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
- a few ice cubes
Here's how you make it:
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and garnish with mint, if desired.
Note: You also can throw a banana into the blender if you want an even richer milkshake. Enjoy!
