Marinated Rib Eye Steaks Recipe: Beer Is the Secret Ingredient in This Steakhouse-Worthy Recipe

Beer is a great accompaniment to steak and an even greater tenderizer. Adding beer to this marinade recipe will make your steak juicy and flavorful.

To round out your steak night, serve this flavorful steak with a loaded baked potato, steakhouse potato wedges or steakhouse mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and a Caesar salad. Don't forget dessert!

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 10 minutes plus 1 day to marinate
Cook Time: 10 minutes (approximately)
Total Time: 20 minutes plus 1 day to marinate

Ingredients

Here's how to make it:

  1. Whisk all ingredients, except steaks, in a medium bowl. Add steaks. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for one day, turning steaks occasionally.
  2. Place steaks on a hot grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook until well browned to a medium rare, about 5 minutes per side. Arrange steak on a plate. Spoon any accumulated juices over steaks and serve.

πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€” A quality ribeye doesn't need a wet marinade! I'd save this for a marinating steak such as Blade, Flank/Skirt, Tri Tip etc...
