- 10 ounces (1 can) cream of mushroom soup
- 10 ounces (1 can) cheddar cheese soup
- 3 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, or your favorite cheese (divided)

Recipe Notes
- We used ground beef for this recipe, but you also could use ground chicken or ground turkey.
- We used cream of mushroom soup, but you also could use cream of chicken or broccoli soup.
- To reduce sodium, you can use low-sodium versions of the soups.
- You could use mozzarella or Parmesan cheese instead of cheddar cheese.
- For a spicy kick, feel free to add some red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave.
Here's how to make it:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease. Turn off the heat.
- Add the soups, potatoes and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese. Cover.
