- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 ounces) cheddar cheese soup
- 3 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, or your favorite cheese (divided)
Here's how to make it:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease. Turn off the heat.
- Add the soups, potatoes and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese. Cover.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 20 to 25 minutes more.
