- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 overripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Here's how to make it:
- Cream the butter and sugar together with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat until combined. Add the mashed bananas and stir until combined.
