A+ Zucchini Bread Recipe: A School Teacher's Favorite Zucchini Bread by Ann Marie Patitucci
Everyone in my family has a sweet tooth. Since I enjoy baking more than I enjoy cooking, they’re always bugging me to bake something. Lucky for me, my friend Craig is an award-winning cook from our hometown, not to mention a teacher and dad – he does it all!
All of his recipes are fantastic, including this zucchini bread recipe. With only a few steps, it’s sure to become a favorite with your sweet tooths! All you need to make this moist zucchini bread is all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt, eggs, shredded fresh zucchini, baking powder, baking soda, vegetable oil, chopped nuts and raisins. The nuts and raisins are optional, but add great texture and flavor, so consider inviting them to the party.
Serve this teacher's favorite zucchini bread for dessert or a sweet snack throughout the day.
