This moist banana bread recipe is full of healthy walnuts. Makes two loaves and give one to your neighbors, friends or family.

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together with an electric mixer
  2. Add the mashed bananas, eggs and vanilla. Blend well. 
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add it to the wet ingredients. 
  4. Fold in the walnuts. 
  5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
