Cook Time: 30 to 40 minutes
Total Time: 35 to 45 minutes
Servings: Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
Here's how to make it:
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked quinoa and coconut oil. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet that's been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or lined with parchment paper. Spread it out so it's in a single, even layer.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Watch it close so it doesn't burn. Store in an airtight container.
