Saw the recipe this morning. My boyfriend came home with a package of chicken thighs so I gave this a try. Sorry, I am not happy with the results. I followed the recipe closely. I left it in the oven for 50 minutes and even increased the temp to 180 degrees F for the last 10 minutes. It did not brown up at all. We ate it and won’t be going to bed hungry but I won’t try it again.

Your oven wasn't hot enough, it was half the recommended temperature.

Hi, Mary. It sounds like your oven temperature was too low. Sorry this recipe didn't work out for you. I would adjust baking temp and try again. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.

So sorry — I should have proof read my comment! My bad! My oven was at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes; then up to 380 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mine did not work out either. The milk solids in the yogurt Parmesan topping or sauce separated and created a runny mess in the pan. I used skin on thighs which were almost room temp before putting in the oven. We have a great oven, but at the recommend temp it took almost an hour, and I had to broil it off at the end to get any kind of browning. I think it could be very good if it can be executed correctly but something is missing in the ingredients or steps or both.

Thanks — that helps restore my confidence. We are going to check our oven to make sure the temperatures are true. Thanks again!

You could use boneless chicken for this recipe, just reduce the cooking time. I bet this would be delish with pork!

do you have the nutrition info?

Mine did not work out either. Yogurt and Parmesan topping separated and created a not so nice looking mess. We ate it but it was pretty blend taste. I liked the idea of Yogurt cooking but will not do it again.
