5-Ingredient Butter Pecan Cookies Recipe: This Moist, Nutty Cookie Recipe Will Make You Smile

Many of us are fans of butter pecan ice cream – so why not butter pecan cookies? This easy butter pecan cookie recipe will put a big smile on your face.

Total Time: 18 to 20 minutes
Servings: Makes about 1 dozen


Here's how to make it: 

  1. With an electric mixer, beat the butter until light and fluffy, about 1 minute. Add the sugar and continue to beat for 1 more minute. Add the vanilla and flour. Stir until just combined. Fold in the pecans.
  2. Roll the dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Using the bottom of a drinking glass or measuring cup, flatten the cookies.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove to cool completely.
