Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
Here's how to make it:
- Put the flour into a bowl. Whisk the eggs in another bowl. Put the cornflakes into a third bowl.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken into the flour, then into the eggs and lastly into the cornflakes. Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 7 minutes. Flip the chicken over and bake another 7 to 8 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
