  • 1 - 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs

  • Chicken is done when it reaches 165 degrees F on a food thermometer.

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Put the flour into a mixing bowl. Whisk the eggs in another bowl. Put the Corn Flakes into a third bowl. 
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, to taste, if desired. Dip the chicken into the flour, then into the eggs and, lastly, into the Corn Flakes. Place tenders onto a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake tenders in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 7 to 8 minutes. Flip the chicken over and bake another 7 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
