  • If you don't have mini chocolate chips, regular-size chips will work.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, beat the butter, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla with an electric mixer until well combined. 
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. 
  4. Fold in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips. 
  5. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 50 to 55 minutes.
