Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the agave nectar, Sriracha, sesame oil, vegetable oil and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the cauliflower onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 30 minutes.
