- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - 2 tablespoons milk or nut milk (if needed)
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the flours, baking powder, salt and sesame seeds. Whisk to combine.
- In another bowl, beat the sugar, butter, oil and vanilla together.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Knead into a dough, adding the milk if it's too stiff.
- Form the dough into small balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Flatten the cookies slightly.
- Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
