- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
Here's how to make it:
- Cream the butter and sugar together with an electric mixer. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Whisk to combine.
