Here's how to make it: 

  1. Combine the butter and brown sugar in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer about 2 minutes. Add the maple syrup, milk, eggs and vanilla. 
  2. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. 
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined. Pour into a greased bundt pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake rest about 10 minutes before inverting on a serving plate to cool completely.
  5. To make the glaze, combine all the ingredients. Pour over the cooled cake.
